Not too much to say about this, except I feel so bad for the poor person who buys this house!!

Update........ Really?????
The roof is on. Very unique design as the roof and eves trough covers the window. I don't think you will be able open this window? Does the builder think that someone is really going to pay for this "high end" design?? Please make it stop!
Also, noticed over the weekend, the fake brick was starting to come off the wall. Hopefully they take it all off and replace it.

UPDATE
So there has been some action on the house at 277 Belsize. The builder went back to the City with the revisions requested. As per our understanding the following must happen.
The revised plans indicate that the window on the east elevation will be
glass block or other opaque material that will permit illumination (as per
condition 4 of OMB decision no PL 140672.
I must say, I am intrigued to see this modern house with a traditional roof. With the current builders design choices, I must say I am extremely worried to see what it will look like.
The revision shows the elevation with the current front window
arrangement. The roof will be modified to closely match that on the original
permit drawings (taking into account the changes of the front window sizes). We
have been told that work in modifying the roof will begin by months end.

Still Quiet...........
According to the city, "notice has been sent" which would suggest this builder will have to go back to the COA. Stay tuned for updates.
