Do they have permits?

Thank you to our first visitor who sent this photo showing the demolition permit for the house. Does anyone know if they have the proper permits? They certainly are not posting their permits as required by the city by laws. Given they have broken every city by law, I would not be surprised if they did not have the proper permits. Buyers Beware!

    Has the design has changed? since the OMB approval?

    I believe so. It would be great if someone had the original designs so I could post. Are they allowed to change the design?

    I think you should go for eyes test apparently you can't see the permit on the yellow sign

    yes if you allowed to change your close every day they are allowed to change their mind anytime they want
